Requirements

Bring these inputs.

  • Product brief with audience, problem, proof, and constraints
  • One primary call to action
02

Output contract

Know what done looks like.

A homepage intro, launch post, email, and three short social drafts

03

Execution

Run the playbook.

  1. 01

    Extract the product truth

Reduce the brief to audience, painful job, concrete outcome, proof, and constraint.

Create a five-line message foundation. Quote the brief for proof and flag any missing claim support.
  2. 02

    Choose one narrative

Select a single angle that can survive across every channel without changing the promise.

Propose three angles, score each for specificity and proof, then choose one and explain why.
  3. 03

    Draft the copy pack

Create each asset from the same foundation while respecting channel length and tone.

Draft a homepage intro, launch email, launch post, and three social variants. Keep the same promise and CTA.
  4. 04

    Run the anti-hype edit

Remove vague superlatives, unsupported numbers, repeated AI clichés, and false urgency.

Edit for concrete nouns and verifiable claims. List every sentence that still needs founder confirmation.

Field note

How to use this route.

The sprint is intentionally small. Its value comes from message consistency and source discipline, not from generating dozens of disposable variants.
