Requirements

Bring these inputs.

  • One approved article, transcript, or research note
  • Voice guide and target channel constraints
02

Output contract

Know what done looks like.

Four edited channel drafts and a source-to-claim map

03

Execution

Run the playbook.

  1. 01

    Extract the source spine

Identify the thesis, evidence, examples, and important qualifications.

Return the thesis, three evidence-backed points, two examples, and every qualification. Quote source passages.
  2. 02

    Map formats to jobs

Give each derivative a distinct audience job instead of repeating the same summary.

Plan four derivatives: teaching post, contrarian note, practical checklist, and short email. Assign one audience job to each.
  3. 03

    Draft with traceability

Write each piece and attach source passage IDs to every factual claim.

Draft the four pieces in the supplied voice. Add hidden [S#] markers after factual claims for review.
  4. 04

    Edit and approve

Remove unsupported claims, channel clichés, and duplicated openings before deleting internal source markers.

Audit every [S#] marker, flag unsupported wording, and propose a tighter final edit without changing the thesis.

Field note

How to use this route.

Each output has a different job, but every output shares the original source spine. This prevents the common failure mode where a repurposing system quietly invents a new argument.
